The Township committee voted tonight 3-2 in favor of severing ties with DTEMS. Apparently, there is a signed agreement in place with Millville Rescue to permanently take over as the emergency responder in Downe Township.
I'm sure in the next few days more information will become available to us. When this information is passed on I will post the details of the agreement with Millville Rescue and any other pertinant information.
